By accessing or using PyBowl ("the Service"), a product of DebatifyAI Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PyBowl provides a platform for Quiz Bowl teams, coaches, and students to practice, write questions, and manage team activities. We offer various subscription tiers, including free and paid options.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of any questions, text, or other content you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content").

4.2 License to Us: By uploading or generating User Content, you grant DebatifyAI Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service. This includes the right to aggregate and use questions across the PyBowl platform for other users.

4.3 Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the foregoing license. You agree not to upload content that violates third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the integrity of the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DebatifyAI Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
